awscontainerinsightreceiver : Error: cannot start pipelines: failed to initialize NodeCapacity

Hello,

We are experiencing this issue when deploying the awscontainerinsightreceiver OTEL Collector receiver in AWS in both ECS and EKS.
We are using version 0.66 of OTEL Collector Contrib.

Has anyone else experienced this or knows how it can be fixed?

The full error below:

Error: cannot start pipelines: failed to initialize NodeCapacity: lstat /rootfs/proc: no such file or directory
