Disabling section (processors, exporters, receivers) via config parameter

Hi there 👋🏼,
I found this document which mention a remarkable feature of turning off individual section by setting enabled: false.
This is very handy, especially for helm release when you can have one big (default) config defined and then Kustomize values per cluster - disable some processors/exporters/receivers based on your needs.
But it seems that option is not supported:

'' has invalid keys: enabled

Is this feature on the roadmap or was it cancelled? 🤔
