otel/opentelemetry-collector-contrib bash/shell missing

Was hoping to find out the reason or why it was chosen to not include a way to shell into the container?

After thinking about it, makes sense for how we use it. We can disregard it as I was needing to debug/diagnose an issue and having shell access would have assisted.
