Questions around MySQL Receiver

Hey guys, I have few questions around MySQL Receiver.

1. Does the collector work with version 5.7.12 ? (As in the docs it says - "This receiver supports MySQL version 8.0")
2. How to scrape multiple databases ? (As for now it takes a single string as input i.e the name of the DB)
3. What is the exact set of permissions the user should have to scrape all the metrics ?
