Starting an issue here to capture some of the packages that cannot be upgraded due to minimum go requirements in those packages:

• fix(deps): update kubernetes packages to v0.29.1 #30260
• Bump github.com/aerospike/aerospike-client-go/v6 from 6.13.0 to 6.14.0 causes issues #26265
• Update module github.com/nginxinc/nginx-prometheus-exporter to v1 #29839
