Update base builder images for Kafka, Email, and Image Provider

Hello, I noticed that - at least - the highlighted images above are on older images (at the patch level). Would there be any interest in updating them to most recent patch version? Also, is there a reason why maybe dependabot is not looking at Dockerfile updates for these services?

For example, the email service is running 3.2.2 and the most recent patch version would be 3.2.8.

Getting dependabot to look at this is the right solution long term. Doing a PR to update these now will be very welcome as well.

Heya, I've actually made a PR to update the Dependabot configuration. Were you thinking of also adding the Dockerfile updates to this PR as well?
