When is the next expected release (v2.1.0?)? #2553

Hello. There's been a sizable number of improvements and changes made since March (v2.0.2's release) and I was wondering when the next cut was going to be made. I could've sworn I saw some comments on issues during the summer saying it would be soon then, but I'm not sure if I'm just misremembering that. |

We have just released https://github.com/open-telemetry/opentelemetry-demo/releases/tag/2.1.0. Helm chart update is still WIP |
