Auto Instrument to record all underlying functions in a controller

Do we have an option to auto instrument and record activities for all functions called inside a controller?
For e.g.: Record following Activity without manually adding it

1. Controller:Action
2. Service ()
3. Repository()
4. Repo Function 1
5. Repo Function 2 etc....
   Without manual instrumentation
