Replicate behavior from javascript using dotnet

Here is my code in javascript :

async export(logs, resultCallback) {
        try {
            const serializedJsonLogs = ProtobufLogsSerializer.serializeRequest(logs);
            this.producer.produce("otlp", null, serializedJsonLogs);
            
            resultCallback({ code: 0 });
        } catch (err) {
            resultCallback({ code: 1 });
        }
    }

in dotnet I also want to do the same thing but I don't know which class can help me to do that. And this is by best guess:

public class CustomLogExporter : BaseExporter<LogRecord>
  {
  ....
      public override ExportResult Export(in Batch<LogRecord> batch)
              {
                  try
                  {
                          var otlpLog = ConvertToOtlpProto(batch);
                          byte[] byteArray1 = Encoding.UTF8.GetBytes(otlpLog);
                          _producer.Produce("otlp", new Message<string, byte[]>
                          {
                              Value = byteArray1
                          });
                  
                      return ExportResult.Success;
                  }
                  catch (Exception)
                  {
                      return ExportResult.Failure;
                  }
              }
      }

FYI, ConvertToOtlpProto is my own method.
