Using event hub with open telemetry there is a regression with dependencies not being similar

Hi @bklooste, this repo doesn't have any UX.

This looks like Application Insights' Application Map, is that correct?
If these are all Azure resources, you should go to their repo for support: https://github.com/Azure/azure-sdk-for-net
