Any plans to release patched API 1.10 package?

Per GHSA-8785-wc3w-h8q6 API package 1.10.0 to 1.11.1 versions were delisted and fixed 1.11.2 released. Does this force all consumers to upgrade SDK packages to 1.11.x as well per https://github.com/open-telemetry/opentelemetry-dotnet/blob/main/VERSIONING.md? If so, any plans to release patched API 1.10?

I do not see any good reason to make a release for 1.10.0. The set of supported framework is the same, both for 1.10.* and 1.11.*.

Why do you need 1.10.* instead of 1.11.2?

Not all Exporter or Instrumentation packages have 1.11.2 released or may have breaking changes between 1.10 and 1.11.

If you need specific one, hosted in the contrib repository, there is a special form for Release request.

If you want to use package compiled against 1.10.0, it should work with 1.11.2 without issues.

API packages are supported with an SDK version that has same MAJOR version and equal or greater MINOR or PATCH version

From this part in the VERSIONING.md I got an impression that Exporter/Instrumentation packages <1.11.2 will not necessarily work with API 1.11.2. But if that's not the case, then great!
