APISix http-logger sends logs in json format

APISix http-logger sends logs in json format. opentelemetry is not able to collect as otel expect logs in binary format. How i can solve this issue without using the fluent bit (as an extra) endpoint,

Yes you are right this is not related. sorry for confusion. but I do have similar issue in my java project. if you help it would be great. I am working on apache APISIX gateway and I want to send the http-logger to otel. currently otel collector not able to accept the raw json. Is there any way otel can accept the http-logger which are in json format. I dont want to add one more collector like fluent bit which takes the http-logger jsaon and then convert it otel acceptable json format. Thanks in advance.

I am not sure what is the format used by the http-logger.
You should check with the receiver available in the openetelemetry-collector-contrib repository: https://github.com/open-telemetry/opentelemetry-collector-contrib/tree/main/receiver

If it is not available, you can potentially write it yourself and avoid additional collector, all should be handled in your otel-collector.

Thanks Kielek for your input. actually http-logger sends logs in raw json format and otel expect in its own format (otel grpc). I could not see the receiver in github. .

I think that this RAW format is somehow defined. I strongly suggest to move this topic to colloector/collector-conrib repository or slack channel. There are experts on the collector configuration/ussage.
