[jmx-scraper] Update metrics definitions for Tomcat to match semconv

Currently some metric and attribute names are not matching semconv standards for naming

Scope of changes made regarding this issue is to fix semconv naming inconsistencies in JMX Scraper and in JMX Metrics Gatherer at the same time.

@robsunday I think we should consider this as done as open-telemetry/opentelemetry-java-instrumentation#13650 has been merged and we now inherit the definitions from instrumentation.
