Remove AWS X-ray components #2334
Description
This is a tracking issue for eventual removal of the AWS X-Ray components.

Amazon is taking x-ray into maintenance in Feb 2026 and end of support in Feb 2027. It probably doesn't make sense for us to continue housing and maintaining these components after that time.
Given that this is a ways in the future, we may have to bump this when the automation marks it stale. :)
