Docs: provide more details on services covered with AWS SDK support

I would like to understand in more detail which AWS Services are covered by the AWS SDK instrumentation and where trace context propagation is supported.

There are quite a few service examples in the AWS SDK at https://github.com/awsdocs/aws-doc-sdk-examples/tree/master/javav2/example_code
