HTTP server metrics not exposed anymore in 2.22.0 (Pekko HTTP)

Describe the bug

Hello folks,

After the switch from 2.21.0 to 2.22.0, I noticed that http_server_request_duration_seconds_bucket and any other http_server metrics are not exposed anymore (provided by io.opentelemetry.pekko-http-1.0 instrumentation).

Steps to reproduce

I will provide them later if needed.

Context:

• Pekko 1.2.1
• Prometheus Exporter (OTEL_METRICS_EXPORTER=prometheus)

Expected behavior

Unless I missed something in the changelog of 2.22.0, I expect these metrics to still be present.

Actual behavior

Metrics not present anymore.

@gaeljw have you checked does this happen only with the prometheus exporter or also with the otlp exporter? A sample application that reproduces issue along with any necessary instructions would be welcome.

I haven't check yet. I will do and submit a reproduction repository in the 2-3 coming days.

@laurit I reproduce it with the console exporter as well, I don't have an easy way to try with the OTLP exporter right now.

It's Scala/SBT based. If this is an issue for you to run, I can come up with a Dockerfile ready-to-use, let me know :)
