Since we are now discussing enabling this by default, I figured it might be good to include it in benchmarks?

@SylvainJuge they are published to a github branch gh-pages: https://github.com/open-telemetry/opentelemetry-java-instrumentation/tree/gh-pages/benchmark-overhead/results

I have a small toy project I use to parse this file over time and convert them into OTel metrics and visualize them in grafana. I'm also looking into ways we could publish them in a more accessible manner.
