Is there Jaeger remote sampler implementation for JS? #2900

https://github.com/open-telemetry/opentelemetry-specification/blob/main/specification/trace/sdk.md#jaegerremotesampler mentions JaegerRemoteSampler among built-in samplers but I can't find it. How do I use/configure it?
