When Did exporter-trace-otlp-http and exporter-trace-otlp-proto Transition from Experimental to Stable in OpenTelemetry?

Inquiry: Transition of exporter-trace-otlp-http and exporter-trace-otlp-proto from Experimental to Stable

I would like to inquire about the specific OpenTelemetry version when the following two packages:

• exporter-trace-otlp-http
• exporter-trace-otlp-proto

transitioned from the experimental phase to a stable release. It would be helpful to know the exact version or milestone at which these packages were officially considered stable for production use. Understanding this change is important for compatibility and best practices in our ongoing project.

They are not marked as stable yet. Their currently latest version is 0.202.0.

They are using a stable OTLP protobuf version - 1.7.0 which is the version of the underlying protocol. We're working towards stabilizing the exporters, see https://github.com/open-telemetry/opentelemetry-js/milestone/18
