Nightly e2e tests failed but no new issue created if similar labels exists #4518

Describe the issue you're reporting
While trying to look at some of the failing nightly e2e tests, noticed that newer failing tests are not created automatically. This is due to the how the existing issues are found here, by searching for similar labels.
Since there is currently an open issue , the other two failing runs (37 and 41) found here did not create new issues.
maybe add failing test name into the Title to allow creation of new issue for different failing Tests?
