VertexAI missing `gen_ai.response.id`

Could we add gen_ai.response.id as well? From the doc it appears that it's available in the response.

This is missing from the generated python client. I'm working with the vertex team to make this available but it's blocked until then.

They added it in, we can add this attribute now

Hm maybe not.. it's not on GitHub but is added internally and is in the response
