Racecar Instrumentation Test Suite Failing for 2.9+

This may indicate that the Racecar instrumentation does not work in newer versions of the gem.

The test suite times out waiting on the spans to be emitted by workers.

    1) Error:
  OpenTelemetry::Instrumentation::Racecar::#process::when the consumer runs and publishes acks::when message keys are encoded differently#test_0001_traces each message and tracks utf8 keys only:

Thanks, I'll have a dig. We're on >2.9 at work and the spans appears to be publishing as expected. Is this failing consistently or only occasionally?
