Opentelemetry-prometheus v0.30.0 upgrade?

Will there be a new version of opentelemetry-prometheus that depends on opentelemetry_sdk v0.30.0 instead of v0.29.1 soon? I'm running into an issue because we're trying to upgrade to opentelemetry_sdk v0.30.0 and opentelemetry-prometheus still depends on v0.29.1.
We came across this PR and it seems to be what we're looking for. Any idea when it will be merged?

I've opened the PR just because I also needed otel-prometheus to work with 0.30.0, but did not really have time to put it up for review. I just marked it as ready
