[declarative config] Support for distribution specific config #4770
Description
What are you trying to achieve?
Declarative configuration support for distribution specific configuration is needed.
There is the .distribution node available in the root of declarative configuration YAML file, as agreed on SIG.
Proposal of changes
Currently ConfigProvider provides only Get instrumentation config operation.
Additional Get distribution config operation will be supported by ConfigProvider. It will be very similar to "Get instrumentation config", but will expose content of .distribution node.
