The packages OpenTelemetryApi, OpenTelemetrySdk, OpenTelemetryConcurrency, StdoutExporter, and ConcurrencyContext have been moved to the repo https://github.com/open-telemetry/opentelemetry-swift-core with the initial release version 2.1.1 and added as a dependency to this project.
