Add social media assets (Google Slides versions) for community reuse

Hi everyone 👋

Following up on a conversation in Slack, I rebuilt the social media assets in Google Slides to make them easier for the community to edit and reuse.

Here are the current versions:

• Social Media Template - 1200x765 (Google Slides)
• Social Media Template - 1080x1080 (Google Slides)

These are fully editable Google Slides files, intended for reuse in community posts, announcements, and other communication needs. If helpful, I can also export them to additional formats or help structure where they should live in this repository.

Please let me know if you’d like any adjustments, additions, or format changes.

We should definitely mention them in the Community repo README section on artwork.

As for file formats and where to store them, let's ask those who will be using them most: @open-telemetry/sig-end-user-approvers, @open-telemetry/social-media-approvers, @open-telemetry/docs-approvers, what are your thoughts?

I rebuilt them in Google Slides based on SIG feedback, since it’s easier for non-designers to edit.
I’m also happy to provide other formats if the approvers prefer something else.

Totally open to whatever structure the groups decide, and glad to help refine anything as needed!

I think we need both formats, slides & the original artwork, the slides should live in an OpenTelemtry owned google folder (I can handle that). If we keep the artwork in the dotio repo we can maybe even make use of it for social media images, etc
