Desired feature or idea: What would you like to see happen?

When I open the contributing contributing option in the navigation panel, I should be presented a list of projects that I can contribute to. Underneath that heading can be additional pages if needed.

Additional context: anything else you can think about that would be helpful.

Currently semconv contributing documents are buried in specs and most others are in github repos.
