Description
This issue covers the creation of an internal logging path which receives (a) Tokio tracing events from 3rd party instrumentation and (b) direct EffectHandler-aware diagnostic logging for individual components. In both cases, we expect to deliver internal logs safely to an internal pipeline.
This requires avoidance of feedback from the consumer-to-producer for internal logging pipelines.
The concept of an Internal Telemetry Receiver is a node in the OTAP Dataflow engine which receives internal telemetry and forwards to the configured pipeline.
