Complication/Widget not updating reliably

Possibly because of a limitation of how watchOS/iOS refreshes complications/widgets, the "time since" line is not updating.

Needs more research.

Rumors of Apple improving complication/widget refresh, so it may be that no changes are necessary.

Also a problem in other trackers.
