Fix the naming convention for UHD in sonic-mgmt #553

The pypi version or branch of snappi-ixnetwork - 0.7.44
Describe the bug
while using the current naming convention of "localuhd/1", it is giving error.Currently we have a workaround for this issue.
To Reproduce
Run sonic-mgmt RDMA cases on UHD
Expected behavior
We should not get any error
