Add support to specify which resource mode we want to set if we have different modes in same speed mode

Describe the bug
Currently in vport. py, it assigns the first resource group mode available for a certain speed.
In Aresone-M, we have two resource group modes available for 100G speed mode. When we set 100G speed mode, by default it is picking the first resource group mode. In order to select the second resource group mode available with serdes 53G, we had to modify the port mapping in vport.py to not match 8x100 like below.

Expected behavior
User should be able to specify the required resourcegroup mode.
