Expected behaviour
When connected, and not yet registered, you should be allowed to place an outgoing call.
Actual behaviour
When connected, and not yet registered, and place an outgoing call, an Error is thrown, saying that you should register first.
Stacktrace / Error message
'Register first!'
Other info
Might be useful for those that would like to be offline (i.e. not being able to receive incoming calls), while still being able to place outgoing calls.
