Enhancement: Add open-terminal installation option to Helm chart

Description:
Since v0.8.6, we should add support for installing open-terminal as an optional component in the Helm chart, similar to how pipelines are currently configured.

Proposed Solution:
Add a configurable Helm value to enable/disable open-terminal installation alongside existing optional components.

Expected Behavior:
Users should be able to install open-terminal by setting a Helm value (e.g., openTerminal.enabled: true) during chart deployment.

Hey @sFritsch09, thanks for the interest! This is definitely something we are planning to add, but we are discussing what it should look like at scale. The current Open Terminal implementation is designed more for single-user interactions, so we have some more work to do to make it available in a multi-user Kubernetes environment.

Yeah, multi-user coding environment for agents is very interesting, I also keep an eye on Sandboxes: https://github.com/alibaba/OpenSandbox

For me it would be enough to just have 3 pods running to fulfill at least 3 users.
