Reload Pipelines when detecting change in the pipelines dir

When developing a pipeline stored in the pipelines dir, I often restart the pipeline Docker. Is it possible to watch for changes in the pipelines dir and automatically restart the pipeline Docker?

Run docker in dev mode.. where unicorn will monitor changes in file ie. my setup:
