__event_emitter__ support in pipelines server

Maybe I am missing something but I don't seem to be able to get the pipelines server to populate the event_emitter object...
giving this a bit of thought, probably the 'call-back' to OwUI is no trivial matter so maybe that's why I am getting None instead of something valid.
This feature obviously works from function-pipes installed through the OwUI as that code runs locally... pipelines server may not...
