Description
I'm not sure if you guys are still working on this, but just to prevent you from potentially wasting time I want to note that I've rewritten zigbee-shepherd from scratch.

The current status is that I'm almost done (in the controller branch), last thing to do is to bring test coverage to 100%. After that I will continue moving zigbee2mqtt and zigbee-shepherd-converters to it.
