BEL parser issue in rawPath #3

Hi
I found that there is an issue in rawPath rule in BelParser.g4 that creates NoViableAlt error in run time when we have "[id1]" in the specified path. I solved the problem by adding Root_Id_Code to the options of the idcode parser rule in AdlPathParser.g4. I dont know if this ignorance is on purpose or intentional. If it is intentional what would be the reason? If not it is better to fix it like that.
