Use OSITrace.py from open-simulation-interface submodule instead of copying it in the test folders #76

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Currently a copy of OSITrace.py is used in the test folder.
Describe the solution you'd like
Since open-simulation-interface is a submodule and also contains this, the package from the submodules should be used.
Additional context
The OSITrace.py and the entire python build of OSI are currently restructured, so this issue has to wait until the restructure is merged in OSI.
