Description

Instead of failing with a generic message (or silently!), users should be notified when email deliver as part of a process (registering, creating a device, etc.) doesn't work.
They could be asked to:

• Try again later
• Possibly open a bug report

Use case

Sometimes things go wrong or don't work when it comes to sending out emails for e.g. confirmation etc.
The feature is especially beneficial when password resets are requested, because the process highly depends on the success of the email delivery.
