The drop-down list of points in the Kernel Control Center in not part of the openTCS API. Why do you need access to this drop-down list? If you need access to the points in the plant model that is currently loaded in the kernel, you can obtain the PlantModelService via the KernelServicePortal in the Kernel Control Center and use its fetchObjects(Class) method.
