Adding Anthropic

Hi All

Has there been any thought around adding Anthropic, and making the library more agnostic?

I am happy to either fork or create a pull request.

Not that anyone replied, but given the significant difference in the models, best to keep them seperate.

I instead created a package https://github.com/claude-php/claude-3-api
