v0.5.0 -> v0.11.0 will not work for me

I am currently stuck at v0.1.2505172129 (which works great!) because versions 0.5.0 and higher will not work for me. When running any of these versions (including 0.11.0) I get the following errors when submitting a query:

BackgroundEvent(BackgroundEventEvent { message: "stream error: error sending request for url (https://api.openai.com/v1/responses); retrying 2/10 in 257ms…" })

Has anyone else had this issue? Can anyone offer some feedback?
