New lines displayed after every word #8023

Whenever running codex and asking question, it returns each word in separate lines like below:

What steps can reproduce the bug?
Runn command like below:
codex --oss -m gpt-oss:latest
and ask any question. After answering everything it starts dumping final lines where it produces each word followed by line separator.
What is the expected behavior?
Summary text should be coming in single paragrah or line.
