involuntary re rendering of widget when using sendFollowUpMessage

So when i wanted to call a new widget from a widget, i was using the sendFollowUpMessage. This was working just fine the last time that i worked on the app. But last week I resumed my work and now chatgpt is re rendering the main widget and then it renders the new one, which for sure is not the intended behavior.

Same! Glad others were having the same issue. sendFollowUpMessage re-renders the original widget for some reason.

The re-render also happens when the initial message that's being sent by ChatGPT completes.

Here the sequence:

1. Widget renders
2. ChatGPT begins to stream answer below widget
3. User interacts with widget (i.e. navigates to a different route within widget)
4. ChatGPT message stream completes
5. Widget re-renders

+1, in my case - even if I tell the sendFollowupMessage "do not call the tool" - it calls it once again with tool call: all
