ReasoningResponseItem.SummarParts doesn't have all the reasoning texts

I'm trying to get reasoning details, especially summary text, from the response. It seems the ReasoningResponseItem object only has id. The rest of the property is null, including SummaryParts, which I assume contains the summary text.

Any suggestion how to get the actual reasoning texts?

I think I half solved the issue - I needed to set ReasoningSummaryVerbosity to Detailed like below:
CreateResponseOptions options = new() { Tools = { new WebSearchTool() { Filters = new WebSearchToolFilters() { AllowedDomains = ["some_website_domains] } } }, ReasoningOptions = new() { ReasoningEffortLevel = ResponseReasoningEffortLevel.Medium, ReasoningSummaryVerbosity = ResponseReasoningSummaryVerbosity.Detailed } };

This now returns SummaryParts, but ReasoningResponseItem.Status is still null.
