It's hard to answer without more context, but typically either:

1. You add multiple services to the DI container each with their own unique key, and then when requesting a service from DI you specify the key desired for that use.
2. You add multiple services to the DI container, and then request an IEnumerable<YourService> to get all of the ones registered.

Each client instance is bound to a specific model, so as Stephen advises, the standard approach would be to register a client for each model you're working with. As he also mentioned, this scenario is a good fit for keyed services.

If you're set on doing this with a single client, you could accomplish it using the new JSON Patch feature released with v2.6.0. An example of doing so is in Example09_ModelOverridePerRequestAsync.
