I'm begging to learn this course, what advice will give me as blueprint

Recently i completed python, here is my overview:
Start with basic notes of python, then start programming using operators.
Next learn simple programs using Conditional Statement(if, if...else ,if....elif...else and Nested if statement).
Next learn Looping statement(while and for)-while .. if(is a exceptional).
Here comes the important topics: python List it a necessary topic which will be helpful to go further after learning this
-Python Tuple
-Python Dictionary
-Python String
-Python Functions
-Python Module
Then learn OOPs concept ,Error Handling and File Handling.
After completing all this important topics for further you learn to create project using libraries using NumPy and Pandas.
It is a blueprint to learn in a sequence order should i share notes for your better understanding.
