`AsyncResponses.stream` is missing `conversation` parameter

When using client.responses.stream one cannot pass the conversation parameter like can be done for client.responses.create.

1. Attempt to use client.responses.stream() with an existing conversation.

I can confirm this bug is present in the latest version (1.101.0). I reproduced it on my system (Python 3.11) and received the error: TypeError: responses.stream() got an unexpected keyword argument 'conversation'.

It looks like the stream() method is missing this parameter in its function definition compared to the create() method. For anyone blocked by this, a temporary workaround is to use create() instead of stream() for conversations until the library is updated.
