Phonix: Generate captions for videos (CLI or GUI)

Hello there 👋,

I've made Phonix which exposes Whisper via a command line or a graphical interface, built with Python. I am using it to generate subtitles for my social media videos and I am finding it superior to YouTube's or LinkedIn's automatic captioning, especially if some prompts are provided.
