SHA256: python hashlib had an unstable result on windows? 😢

The whisper usually report `the SHA256 checksum does not match; re-downloading the file" on windows.

But I manually checked the hash of medium.pt, the system Get-FileHash always return a stable digest, but hashlib doesn't.

It's so weird, so I using the source code and comment the hash check logic now. 👨‍🦽

If anyone encounter the redownloading issue too, maybe should check the RAM if had some errors.
